Our retail travel client are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to oversee a team of sales consultants within their busy office in Glasgow (Fort). Successful candidates will have at least 2 years experience working in a similar man-management position and a stong specialist sales background in travel will also prove an advantage. You will also be required to undertake monthly appraisals, recruit, train and motivate all new members of staff and constantly strive to achieve, maximise and develop sales on all departments. As this is a very `hands-on` position you will also be required to work on the sales floor handling enquiries directly from customers, take strict charge of all cash handling and security measures for the department, and ensure a very high standard of customer services at all times. In return you will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary + bonus and company benefits and the opportunity to work sociable hours.
Hours of work include any 5 days out of 7: Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm and Sat* Sun 9am - 5:30pm You will receive one full weekend off in every four
